I didn’t set out to be a Star Trek blogger, but these things do happen.
I don’t think of myself as a reviewer, which suggests some level of professional detachment. I am neither detached nor professional, thank you very much. All my opinions are my own, even (especially) the ridiculous ones.
At this stage, there is enough Trek content on my blog, and I’m sufficiently bad at tagging/categorising that it’s worth creating a master list of posts, which I shall endeavour to keep up to date.
Key episode guides
These posts were created with certain friends in mind, who got into Trek for the first time via Discovery and were curious about seeing more, but didn’t necessarily want to commit to twenty-eight seasons of TV.
- Star Trek catch-up: TOS
- Star Trek catch-up: TNG (seasons 1 – 4) (seasons 5 – 7 plus movies)
Other Trek posts
- The Norah Satie Discourse (milestone: so far this is the only Trek meta for which I’ve ever received misogynistic abuse!)
- Why I concluded that I couldn’t do catch-up posts for DS9
